Hello! I’m a personal life coach with a profound connection to Dualistic Unity. My life’s path has been a mosaic of intense experiences – from navigating childhood trauma and an ADHD way of seeing the world to overcoming the challenges of self-image issues, addiction, and relationship struggles.
These experiences, though arduous, have been my greatest teachers. They led me to a pivotal realization: I am not defined by my past. This insight became the cornerstone of my transformation. By embracing honest inner reflection and understanding the illusory nature of a fixed self-image, I discovered the freedom of living in the present. Now, I am unburdened by the weight of past narratives and empowered to experience life’s unfolding moments with clarity and openness.
